In a study of 1609 K e4 + decays observed at the CERN PS we have obtained a single solution for the form factors and the π − π phase-shift difference Δ = δ s 0 − δ p 1 averaged over the invariant dipion mass ( m ππ =313 MeV ) . We found Δ = 0.37 ± 0.07.- k+: leptonic decay
