Abstract: (APS)

Tests of the discrete symmetries P, C, CP, and T are obtained through comparison of the rare decays K±→π+π−e±νe (Ke4 decays). An important outgrowth of the experiment is a direct measurement of the low-energy pion-pion relative scattering phase, δ0−δ1.
