Abstract: (arXiv)
We investigate in detail the scattering of two W bosons in Supergravity, by using both gauge and mass eigenstates. We compare the two procedures, and analyze the respective results by paying particular attention to the role of the Higgs bosons. Differently from what has been previously obtained in the high-energy limit, at low energies we find in the scattering amplitudes new structures, which superficially could lead to violation of unitarity. It is argued that the process studied may give a consistent contribution to the gravitino abundance in the universe, which constitutes a significant issue in modern Cosmology.- Gravitino
