Abstract: (Elsevier)
We derive a new perturbation expansion for the energy levels of the anharmonic oscillator that - contrary to all previous expansions - is convergent. The convergence of the expansion persists both in the weak and strong coupling limits. Three terms in the series give the ground state energy to about one per cent.- QUANTUM MECHANICS
