We generalize the Aharony-Bergman-Jafferis-Maldacena (ABJM) model by considering D3-NS5-(k,1)5-brane systems with general number of fivebranes. We determine the Coulomb branch of the moduli space on a certain assumption of flux quantization, and show that it is an abelian orbifold of C4. We confirm that the same geometry is obtained as an M-theory dual of the brane system. We also consider the model realized by introducing more than two kinds of fivebranes, and obtain non-toric fourfolds as the moduli spaces.
