Abstract: (APS)
If the universe has an excess of electron neutrinos comparable to the number of photons, then the cosmological helium abundance does not restrict the number of neutrino types significantly. We discuss lepton-number-violating processes, both in grand unified theories, and arising from black-hole production and decay in the early universe.- ASTROPHYSICS
