If the individual partons could be detected in the scattering process the 4 P..L dependence could be 'V liP.! ' therefore, in strong analogy to Coulomb scattering ('V l/Q4). As pointed out by Bjorken and Feynrnan many ti'T~es, an unadvoidable consequence of the parton model is the existence of hadron jets associated with the parton momentum vector after the scattering process.
