Abstract: (Elsevier)
We produce inclusive and exclusive branching ratios for pionic annihilations of p n in the range 450–920 MeV/ c . These are compared with a statistical, linear decay model for N N annihilations proposed by Orfanidis and Rittenberg, and we find good agreement using the same parameters as those adopted in previous fits of the model to p p data.
