We study super p -form gauge superfields in four-dimensional spacetime with unextended supersymmetry for 0 ⩽ p ⩽ 4. We give the geometrical formulation of the N = 1 tensor-gauge multiplet and derive the N = 1 three-form gauge multiplet. This latter multiplet has the structure of a chiral multiplet with a certain modification.
