Abstract: (APS)
The behavior of a massive charged test Dirac field in the background of a Reissner-Nordström black hole is investigated. Especially, we obtain the frequencies of quasibound states by solving the Dirac equation numerically both in time and frequency domain. Our results suggest that although the absence of superradiance excludes the existence of stationary solutions for massive Dirac fields, it is still possible to find arbitrarily long-lived solutions.Note:
