Our previous proton-proton amplitude analysis based on dispersion relations is repeated, using new experimental information from SIN, TRIUMF, LAMPF and SACLAY. Exploiting Argonne Δσ L (pd) data and forward pn charge-exchange differential cross sections, the analysis now provides, for the first time, the full set of forward pp and pn amplitudes. These are compared in detail with recent phase-shift analyses. Implications for dibaryon resonances and for polarization experiments in the near forward region are discussed.
