We consider a general two-Higgs-doublet model with CP violation in the scalar sector, that leads, at the one-loop level of the perturbation expansion, to CP-violation in the process and . The goal of this study is to include {\it consistently} CP-violating effects in distributions of top-quark decay products ( or ) that emerge {\it both} from production {\it and} from or decay processes.Note:
